View and manage your services

1. Log in to the Client Area.
2. Go to Services → My Services.
3. Click the service you want to manage, or click Manage Product.

What you’ll see

• Status: Active, Pending (waiting for payment or set-up), Suspended (usually unpaid) or Cancelled.
• Next due date and billing cycle.
• Shortcuts for the service. For example:
• Web hosting: Log in to cPanel, Log in to Webmail, and quick links to Email Accounts, File Manager, Backups and more. See Log in to cPanel.
• Business and Enterprise Email: Manage Email Accounts, to add mailboxes and reset passwords. See Create a Business or Enterprise email account.
• An Actions menu on the left with Upgrade/Downgrade, Change Password and Request Cancellation.
