Log in to the Client Area
Where to find the Client Area, and what you can do there.
The Client Area is your Webmart account portal. Use it to pay invoices, manage domains and services, create email accounts and contact support.
How to log in
- Go to https://billing.webmart.co.bw.
- Enter the email address you used when you first ordered, and your password.
- Click Login.
What you’ll find there
| Menu | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Services | Your hosting and email services: log in to cPanel, manage email accounts, upgrade or cancel. |
| Domains | Renew, change nameservers, manage DNS, lock or transfer your domains. |
| Billing | Invoices, quotes, payment methods and account credit. |
| Support | Open and track support tickets, and view announcements. |
| Your name (top right) | Profile, users, security settings, email history and logout. |
Can’t log in?
- Forgot your password? See Reset your Client Area password.
- Not sure which email you registered with? Search your inbox for emails from Webmart about invoices. They were sent to your account email.
- Account locked after too many attempts? Wait 15 minutes, then try again, or contact support.
