Cancellations and refunds

Our full policy is in our Terms of Service. Here’s a summary of how cancellations work in practice.

Cancelling a service

Submit a cancellation request from the Client Area so there’s a record of it. See Cancel a service. You can cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.

Domains

Domain registrations are not refundable, because the registration is paid to the registry straight away. If you no longer want us to manage your domain, you can transfer it to another provider at any time.

Refunds

Where a refund applies under our terms, we can either:

• add it as credit on your account, to use on any future invoice, or
• pay it back to your bank account. An admin fee may apply. Email us your banking details.

Change plans instead

Want a bigger or smaller plan rather than cancelling? You can upgrade or downgrade, and the price difference is worked out for you.
