Redirect a domain or page

Send visitors from one address to another, for example an old page to a new one.

  1. Log in to cPanel and open Redirects under Domains.
  2. Choose the type: – Permanent (301): the page has moved for good. Search engines update their links. – Temporary (302): a short-term move.
  3. Choose the domain, and enter the old path after the /, e.g. old-page.html. Leave it empty to redirect the whole domain.
  4. Enter the full new address in Redirects to, e.g. https://yourdomain.co.bw/new-page.
  5. Choose www. redirection (usually Redirect with or without www.) and click Add.
