Read your email in a web browser (webmail)

Webmail lets you read and send email from any browser, anywhere. It’s also the quickest way to check whether a problem is with your mailbox or just with an app like Outlook.

Log in

1. Open your browser and go to the webmail address for your service: – Hosting email: https://webmail.yourdomain.co.bw (or https://yourdomain.co.bw/webmail) – Business / Enterprise Email: https://webmail.yourdomain.co.bw – Pro Mail: the webmail link in your welcome email
2. Enter your full email address as the username.
3. Enter your email password and click Log in.

Replace yourdomain.co.bw with your own domain.

From the Client Area

Web hosting customers can also open webmail without a password: go to Services → My Services → Manage Product and click Log in to Webmail, or Email Accounts to choose a mailbox.

Can’t log in?

• Make sure you’re using the full email address.
• Reset the email password.
• If the page doesn’t load at all, your domain may have expired or still be propagating.
