Restore a database from backup

Roll your website's database back to an earlier date.

  1. Log in to cPanel and open Backup & Restore under Files.
  2. Choose a recovery point from before the problem.
  3. Open the Databases section and tick the database. In WordPress, its name is in wp-config.php as DB_NAME.
  4. Click Recover, and confirm.
