How to request a quotation

Get a formal quote for your procurement process, then turn it into an invoice.

1 min read Updated

Many organisations need a formal quotation before they can pay. We can prepare one for any of our services.

What to send us

Email [email protected] with the services you need (for example “1 × .co.bw domain, 5 × Business Email accounts”) and these details:

  • Full name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Physical address
  • City or town, district and country
  • Phone number

If you already have a Client Area account, tell us the email address you log in with. We’ll add the quote to your account so you can view and download it there under Billing → My Quotes.

Accepting a quote

Once you’re happy with the quote, accept it in the Client Area or reply to let us know, and we’ll convert it into an invoice. Pay the invoice using any of our payment methods. Services are set up once payment reflects.
