Payment methods we accept

Pay by Visa or Mastercard, Orange Money Web Payments, bank transfer (EFT) or cash at our office.

All prices on our website are in Botswana Pula (BWP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept:

Method How fast it reflects Where
Bank card: Visa or Mastercard, debit or credit Immediately Online, from your invoice
Orange Money Web Payments Immediately Online, from your invoice (Orange Money account needed)
Bank transfer (EFT) or deposit Manual, can take 3 to 4 working days Your bank or banking app
Cash Same day Our office, during business hours

Online payments (recommended)

Card and Orange Money payments mark your invoice as Paid straight away, so your order is set up or renewed without delay. See Pay an invoice online.

Offline payments

Choose Bank Transfer / Offline Payment when you check out. Our banking details are in the How to pay section of every PDF invoice, and in Pay by bank transfer (EFT) or cash.

Did your card payment fail?

  • Check that your card is enabled for online (e-commerce) transactions. Many banks switch this off by default.
  • Complete the 3-D Secure step (the OTP, or the approval in your banking app) before the page times out.
  • Try another browser, or pay with Orange Money or EFT instead.

If you were debited but the invoice still shows Unpaid, don’t pay again. Contact support with the invoice number and the entry from your bank statement.
