Pay an invoice online

Pay with your Visa or Mastercard card or Orange Money, straight from the invoice.

Online payments are the fastest way to pay: the invoice is marked Paid immediately and your service is set up or renewed straight away.

Find your invoice

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Go to Billing → My Invoices. Unpaid invoices are shown at the top.
  3. Click the invoice you want to pay.

You can also click the link in the invoice email we sent you.

Pay by card (Visa or Mastercard)

  1. On the invoice, choose Credit / Debit Card from the payment method list.
  2. Click Pay Now. You’ll be taken to our secure payment page.
  3. Enter your card details and complete the verification step (OTP or banking app approval).
  4. You’ll come back to the invoice, which should now say Paid.

Pay with Orange Money

  1. On the invoice, choose Orange Money Web Payments.
  2. Click Pay Now and enter the Orange Money number you’re paying from.
  3. Approve the payment on your phone with your Orange Money PIN when prompted.
  4. Wait on the page until it confirms, then return to the invoice.

You need an active Orange Money account with enough balance to cover the invoice.

Download a PDF invoice or receipt

Open the invoice and click Download to save it as a PDF. Once paid, the PDF works as your receipt.
