Transfer your domain to another provider

You’re free to move your domain to another registrar at any time.

1. Log in to the Client Area and go to Domains → My Domains.
2. Click the spanner icon, or choose Manage Domain, next to the domain.
3. Click Registrar Lock on the left, and disable the lock if it’s enabled.
4. Click Get EPP Code on the left. The code is shown on screen, or emailed to the registrant email address.
5. Give the EPP code to your new provider and start the transfer from their side.

If you’re moving your website or email too, set them up at the new provider before changing nameservers, so nothing goes offline.
